REC Caucasus intends to award a supply contract for eight standalone air quality monitoring units with cellular data transmission, in two configurations (Configuration A: NO₂ + O₃, six units; Configuration B: NO₂ + SO₂, two units; both also measuring PM1, PM2.5, PM10, temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure), each supplied complete with solar power kit, cellular connectivity and data platform subscription for at least 24 months, and onboarding (the solar power kit may be included in the unit price or priced separately; consumables are priced separately), delivered to Tbilisi, Georgia (DDP; tenderers established outside Georgia may alternatively quote DAP).
PARTICIPATION
Participation is open to legal entities, either individually or as part of a consortium of tenderers, established or having a branch office registered in Georgia in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Entrepreneurs”, and to legal entities established outside Georgia which are the manufacturer of the offered equipment or a distributor authorised by the manufacturer.

Tenders may be submitted as hard copy to the address below, or electronically to nino.rostomashvili@rec-caucasus.orgas signed, scanned PDF files, as set out in the Terms of Reference. Hard-copy tenders must be received at:

Interested candidates should submit the signed application submission form in a sealed envelope bearing only:
a) the above address;
b) the reference code of this tender procedure, i.e. Publication Reference: 089/RECC/G/UNDP/FLIP/2026.10, and the words “Not to be opened before the tender opening session”;
c) the name of the tenderer.
The Tender Submission Form (technical and financial offers and supporting documentation) must be placed together in a sealed envelope. All tenders must be submitted in their original form and duly signed.
EVALUATION
Upon acceptance of the offered technical specification, the sole award criterion will be the overall price of the complete lot, including the solar power kits.
